Flip-flops, thongs, slides, chanclas—whatever you call them, it’s hard to deny that the Waltzing Matilda Ace does it right. These aren’t your disposable dollar store sandal, or even your once a season Havianas, this is a sandal made to go the long haul and have several resoles along the way.

The Ace cuts an imposing silhouette, made from a thick Horween Chromexcel leather with a raw edge to add just a hint of contrast. The EVA midsole adds support right out the gate and the “dog bone” style tread hearkens to another prominent ergonomic sandal maker.
